Saundra Rita Winslow

It has become the solemn duty of the caring professionals at Mitchell Funeral Care and Cremations, to promulgate to all on the passing of our beloved, Saundra Rita Winslow, who transitioned from time to eternity on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at Vidant Chowan Hospital in Edenton, NC.

Her loving life will be celebrated on Saturday, July 27, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. at Melton Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Winfall, NC, where Rev. Alvin J. Boone, Sr., is Pastor and Rev. Vernell Felton-White will be officiating and delivering the eulogy. She will lie in state from 2:00 p.m. until time of service. Her mortal frame will then be escorted to the Riddick Grove Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery where she will rejoin many family members at rest. 

She leaves many years of love and legacy to: her beloved mother, Blanche N. Deans of Hertford, NC; brother, Floyd M. Winslow (Floria) of Lugoff, SC; two nieces, Rhonda Winslow of Jamaica, NY and Shannon Richardson (Marvin) of Hertford, NC; two nephews, Eric Winslow of Brooklyn, NY and Earl Winslow of Virginia Beach, VA; and a host of other relatives and friends.
