Our beloved, Ronnie Lee "Skip" Gibbs, departed from this earthly life on Sunday, November 15, 2020 at his residence.
Life Celebration Services will take place on Sunday, November 22, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. on the grounds of Victory Praise and Worship Center, Elizabeth City, NC with Pastor Daniel Spence, officiating.
He leaves to cherish his loving memories: one son, Corey Gibbs (Shemeka) of Elizabeth City, NC; special companion, Cheryl Sutton of Elizabeth City, NC; four grandchildren, Kayden Gibbs, Kayonna Johnson, Christian Johnson and Passion Winslow; siblings, Carolyn Carver, Alice Griffin-Phillips and Gloria Wiggins (Elwood) all of Elizabeth City, NC, Deloria Reid of South Mills, NC, Vanessa McPherson (Clarence) of South Mills, NC, Larry Gibbs (Isadora) of Camden, NC and Everett Gibbs (Diane) of Annapolis, MD; a special nephew, Garry Gibbs of Elizabeth City, NC; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
