Our beloved Mrs. Quincy Blanchard departed from this earthly life on Sunday, December 27, 2020 at the Citadel of Elizabeth City.
Life Celebration Services will take place on Sunday, January 3, 2021 at 1:00 pm in the Chapel of Mitchell Funeral Care and Cremations Chapel with Bishop Landon B. Mason, officiating. Her bed of rest will be in the Dozier Cemetery, Hertford, NC.
