Our beloved, Joyce Ann Ross, 61 of Elizabeth City, NC departed from this earthly life on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at her residence.
Life Celebration Services will be conducted on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at 11:00 am at Mitchell Funeral Care and Cremations Chapel. Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery. A stroll and glimpse of Joyce will take place at the funeral home on Tuesday, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. We are following all COVID-19 restrictions therefore we ask if you please govern yourselves accordingly.
