Our beloved, Irene Hinton Williams, 93 of Elizabeth City, NC, departed from this earthly life on Wednesday, April 19, 2023.

Life Celebration Services will take place on Friday, April 28, 2023, at 11:00 am at Mitchell Funeral Care and Cremations Chapel with Rev. Joseph E. Thompson, Sr., Officiating. She will lie in state one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery, Elizabeth City, NC.
