Our beloved, Willis Lee Overton, age 62, of Elizabeth City, NC, departed this life on Wednesday, January 21, 2026.

Life Celebration Services will be held on Friday, January 30, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at St. James A.M. E. Zion Church, Elizabeth City, NC, Interment will follow in Dove's Landing Cemetery. A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

The family will be receiving friends at the home of his brother, Clifton Overton, 1417 Charlotte Street, Elizabeth City, NC.
