William Henry Riddick, Jr.

Our beloved, William Henry Riddick, Jr., age 70, of Elizabeth City, NC, departed from this life on Monday, September 23, 2024. 

Life Celebration Services will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at Grace and Truth Community Church, Elizabeth City, NC with Pastor Demetrius Stokley, Officiating and Evangelist Ruth Riddick, delivering the eulogy. Interment will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery. A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Friday, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. The family will receive friends at Newland Ruritan Club in the Newland township of Elizabeth City, NC. 

He leaves to cherish his loving memories: three children, William Joseph Riddick (Robyn) of Twinsburg, OH, Evangelist Ruth Marie Riddick, of Angier, NC, and Marcus Tremaine Riddick of Elizabeth City, NC; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one brother, Delon Riddick of Elizabeth City, NC; sisters, Cora Griffin (Lemuel), Mary Walker, and Gail Riddick all of Elizabeth City, NC, and Valerie Harris (Paul) of Riverhead, NY; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
