Our beloved, William Henry Spence, 88 of Hertford, NC, departed from this earthly life on Wednesday, April 26, 2023.

Life Celebration Services will take place on Monday, May 1, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at Mitchell Funeral Care and Cremations Chapel. He will lie in state one hour prior to the service.
