William Lee "Jake" Harney, Sr., 84, of Elizabeth City, NC, died on Friday, December 22, 2023.
A funeral will be held on Tuesday, January 2, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Elizabeth City, NC, with Brother Ronnie Hinton Officiating. A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Monday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Interment will be held in West Lawn Cemetery.
