Our beloved, Steven Andrew "Bird" Stepney, 62 of Chesapeake, VA, departed from this earthly life on Wednesday, July 19, 2023.
Life Celebration Services will take place on Saturday, July 29, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at First Baptist Missionary Church, Hertford, NC, where Rev. Shomari Bullard is Pastor and Elder Gary Dunnington will be the officiant. Elder Janet Ellis will deliver the words of comfort. He will lie in state from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. Interment will follow in Cedarwood Cemetery, Hertford, NC.
