Our beloved, Shirley Lightfoot Eason, age 92 of Hertford, NC, departed from this life on Friday, September 15, 2023.
Life Celebration Services will be held on Saturday, September 23, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at Bay Branch A.M.E. Zion Church, Belvidere, NC, with Rev. Dr. Joseph Walton, Officiating. Interment will follow in the Perry-Lightfoot Cemetery, Hertford, NC. A viewing will take place at the funeral home on Friday, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. The family will receive guests at the home of the deceased, 1008 New Hope Road, Hertford, NC.
