Obituary
Our beloved, Shelia Merle Spellman Gregory, 78 of Suffolk, VA, formerly of Camden, NC, departed from this earthly life to sing with the Heavenly angels on Saturday, September 2, 2023.
Life Celebration Services will take place on Friday, September 15, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at New Sawyer's Creek Missionary Baptist Church, Camden, NC where Rev. D. Stefan Gregory is Pastor, Rev. Samuel K. Shaw, III, Officiating, and Rev. Dr. Ricky L. Banks, delivering the eulogy. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. A viewing will take place at the funeral home on Thursday, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. She will also lie in state one hour prior to the service. The family will receive friends at the home of Nigel and Tanya Gregory, 2416 Peartree Road, Elizabeth City, NC.
