Phyllis Leigh Obituary

Our beloved, Phyllis Ann Leigh, departed from this earthly life on Thursday, October 29, 2020 at Sentara Albemarle Medical Center.

Life Celebration Services will take place on Friday, November 6, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Melton Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Winfall, NC. Viewing will take place at the funeral home on Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Interment will follow in the Leigh's Temple A.M.E. Zion Church Cemetery.

She leaves to cherish her memories: one son, Justin Leigh of Hertford, NC; siblings, Shirley Dillard-Williams (Charlie) and Gloria Whidbee of Hertford, NC, Lamont White of Elizabeth City, NC, Vivian Rich, Victoria Williams-White and Michael Blount-White of Brooklyn, NY, Kevin Banks of Kentucky, Darryl White of Brooklyn, NY, Martin Dix of Hampton, VA, Christopher White and Timothy White of Pennsylvania; and a host of other relatives and friends.
