Parker James-Allen McNeal

Parker James-Allen McNeal entered our lives on October 19, 2007, as a precious soul, but sadly gained his wings on August 12, 2023, at the tender age of 15. Parker loved his mother, father, and three sisters dearly. He was always willing to give a helping hand without asking for anything in return, and worked hard when others offered him a paying job so he could earn his own money instead of relying on his parents when times at home were hard. He was a grateful young man who never failed to put others first. His tallness combined with his hair-flipping gesture always made him stand out in a crowd. God now has a new fearless, respectable, and passionate angel whose smile is sure to make heaven a little brighter. Although he can never be replaced, our cherished memories will allow him to live on in our hearts forever. So, when you go out and look at the night sky and see that one small star flickering far away, just know that is OUR Parker shining to say hey to all. His loss has not only impacted his family and friends, but God has shown it has affected the entire community.
Parker is survived by his loving parents Steve and Rebecca (Becky) McNeal, his beautiful sisters Kassidee, Madison, and Morgan, grandmothers Terry McNeal and Connie Ballance (both of Chesapeake, VA), as well as a multitude of aunts, uncles, cousins, special friends, and the entire community of Pasquotank County.

A celebration of Parker's life will be held in October.
