Obituary
Our beloved, Leon Skinner, 65 of 422 Burnt Mill Road, Edenton, NC., departed from this earthly life on Thursday, May 4, 2023.
Life Celebration Services will take place on Saturday, May 13, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, Hertford, NC. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. He will lie in state one hour prior to the service.
Leon leaves to cherish his loving memories: his son Terrance Skinner; four sisters Carolyn Skinner of Elizabeth City, NC, Denise Jordan (James) of Bertie, NC, Geraldine Skinner of Hertford, NC, and Rita Winston (Michael) of Edenton, NC; two brothers Orenza Skinner (Deborah) of Edenton, NC and Devail Skinner (Chasna) of Greenville, NC; two grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
