Our beloved, Ivan Devail Freshwater, 33 of Elizabeth City, NC, left us suddenly on Tuesday, February 28, 2023.

Life Celebration Services will take place on Saturday, March 4, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at Memorial Missionary Baptist Church, Elizabeth City, NC with Bishop Craig M. Powell, Sr., Officiating and Pastor Craig M. Powell, Jr., delivering the Eulogy. Interment willl follow in Dove's Landing Cemetery, Elizabeth City, NC. A viewing will take place on Friday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Bibleway Church, 107 Byron Court, Elizabeth City, NC.
