Gail Billups White

On Monday, October 30, 2023, Heavenly Angels surrounded Gail Billups White as she transitioned from this life at 65 with family by her bedside. 

Life Celebration Services will take place on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, at 12:00 noon, at Melton Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Winfall, NC, with Rev. Alvin J. Boone, Sr., Officiating and Minister Doris Billups, delivering the eulogy. The interment will be in the Perry Cemetery, Hertford, NC. A viewing will occur at the funeral home on Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. 

She leaves to cherish her loving memories: husband, James A. White, Jr., of Elizabeth City, NC; two sons, James A. White, III of Newport News, VA and Justin T. White (Quatesha) of Carrollton, VA; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; brother, Gary Billups (Barbara) of Durham, NC and Joseph Billups; sister, Minister Doris Billups of Queens, NY; and a host of other relatives and friends.
