Our beloved, Elder John R. Figgs, Sr., 79 of Elizabeth City, NC, departed this earthly life on Friday, July 21, 2023.
Life Celebration Services will take place on Wednesday, August 2, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Mitchell Funeral Care and Cremations Chapel with Pastor Terrance Riddick, Officiating. A viewing will take place on Tuesday at the funeral home from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Dove's Landing Cemetery.
