Our beloved, Deloris Gibbs, departed from this earthly life on Friday, April 22, 2022.
Life Celebration Services will take place on a Friday, April 29, 2022, at 1:00 pm at Mitchell Funeral Care and Cremations Chapel. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the service.
Deloris leaves to cherish her memories, one aunt, Barbara Armstrong Bonds (Joseph) and children of Queens, New York, one special cousin, Iris Gallop ofMurray, Utah. Deloris did not have any biological children. However, she helped raise several children. She leaves to cherish her memories: Three nieces: Yolanda Carter (Donta) and children of Belvidere, NC, Ebony Thatch and children of Hertford, NC, Sade Thatch and children of Oak Grove, Kentucky. One nephew, Anthony Felton (Candra) and children of Cumming, Georgia. Special children: Christina Grubbs and children, Dasia Gallop, all of Elizabeth City, NC, Lindsey Jackson and children of Harrisonburg, VA, and many other relatives and friends.
