Our beloved, Danielle Rene' Green Polk, age 48 of Raleigh, NC, departed from this life on Tuesday, January 14, 2025. 

Life Celebration Service will be held on Monday, January 20, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Mitchell Funeral Care and Cremations. A viewing will be held one hour before the service. 

Mitchell Funeral Care and Cremations is assisting the Green and Polk families.
