Obituary

Our beloved, Mr. Charles Robert Ballard, 98 of Hertford, NC, departed from this earthly life on Tuesday, May 16, 2023.

Life Celebration Services will take place on Monday, May 22, 2023, with a viewing beginning at 11:00 a.m. and the service following at 11:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Norfolk, VA. Military rites will be rendered.
