Our beloved, Blanche Perkins Felton, 81 of Elizabeth City, NC, departed from this earthly life on Thursday, July 27, 2023.

Life Celebration Services will take place on Saturday, August 5, 2023, at 12:00 noon at Mitchell Funeral Care and Cremations Chapel. A viewing will take place at the funeral home on Friday, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Moyock Community Cemetery.
