Benjamin Harrison Daniels

Our beloved, Benjamin Harrison Daniels of Elizabeth City, NC, departed from this earthly life on Friday, May 27, 2022. He transitioned at the Brian Center Nursing Home, Hertford, NC just shortly after celebrating his 83rd birthday. 

Life Celebration Service will take place on Saturday, June 4, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Samuel Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, Elizabeth City, NC with Pastor Kevin Lighty, Officiating. He will lie in state from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. His final place of rest will be in the West Lawn Cemetery with military rites. 

Benny leaves to cherish his loving memories: his wife, Clarine Daniels; daughters, Jacquelyn Richardson and Gail (Tony) Job, Tunde & LaTanya Afolayan; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; siblings, Barbara Robbins, Carolyn Simmons, Roger (Margaret) Daniels; in-laws, Virginia Sessoms, Charlie (Annie) Boyce, Robert (Ivonne) Boyce; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and loving caregivers.
