Mrs. Barbara Basnight Price, of Portsmouth, VA, departed from this earthly life on Sunday, March 13, 2022 at the Portsmouth Naval Hospital, Portsmouth, VA.
Life Celebration Services will take place on Friday, March 18, 2022 at 11:30 a.m. at Mitchell Funeral Care and Cremations, Elizabeth City, NC. Interment will follow in the Dove's Landing Cemetery, Elizabeth City, NC. A viewing will take place at the funeral home on Thursday, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Compassionate Services of Care and Comfort are being provided by Mitchell Funeral Care and Cremations.
