Our beloved, Zelda T. Alexander, of Elizabeth City, NC, transitioned from this earthly life, on Saturday, May 12, 2018.

Celebration of Life will take place on Friday, May 18, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the Mitchell Funeral Care and Cremations Chapel, Elizabeth City, NC. A viewing will take place on Thursday, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery.

She leaves to cherish her memories; two sisters, Dollie Owens (Clarence) of Elizabeth City, NC and Mary Adams of Chesapeake, VA; one brother, Ralph Nixon, Jr (Inez) of New York; and a host of other relatives and friends. Expression of Love can be sent to www.mitchellcares.com.
