Robert Benjamin Mintz

Mr. Robert Benjamin "Bobby" Mintz, 67 of 709 Richardson Street, Elizabeth City, transitioned from this life on Monday, August 28, 2017 at his residence surrounded by loving family.

Bobby was born October 1, 1949 to Ben and Helen Mintz. Bobby was enlisted in the Army from 1968-1974 and served in the Vietnam War. Later in life, he was a jack of all trades. He loved spending time with family and friends.

Bobby was the oldest of three children with Lynn and Kitten, remaining as his surviving siblings. He is also survived by his wife, Debbie; sons, Robbie, Larry, Mike, Jason, Curtis and Tommy; daughters, Missy, Hope, Stephanie, Robin and Kelly; seventeen grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and many more friends and relatives. 

Celebration of Life will take place on Friday, September 1, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Truth Tabernacle Church, 1259 US HWY 17 S, Elizabeth City, NC with Pastor Bryan Morris, officiating. The family will receive friends at the home of the deceased.
