Ralph Eugene Butler, Jr.

Retired Naval Aviator Lt. Commander, Ralph E. Butler, Jr., age 80 of Elizabeth City, died peacefully on Monday, December 4, 2017. 

Celebration of Life will take place on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at 1:00 pm at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA with full military rites. 

He is survived by: wife of 54 years, Judith Butler; two daughters, Cathie Riffle (Kenneth) and Alicia Embree (Daniel Wade); one sister, Becky Roach; one brother, Ron Butler; and a host of loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Arrangements are by Mitchell Funeral Care and Cremations. 

Final Care and Compassionate Services are being provided to the Butler and connected families by, Mitchell Funeral Care and Cremations, Elizabeth City.
