Submitting to the predestined will of God, our personnel and funeral home family are consoling the remaining loved ones of Sister Inez Owens Saunders as they attempt to cope with this great transition. The Saunders' family circle was forever changed early Friday morning when Mrs. Inez quietly went to sleep in the bosom of Jesus Christ at her residence in Jarvisburg, NC.
The service that will honor this priceless jewel and virtuous woman has been orchestrated by her devoted husband and five sons, which will commence on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at 12:00 noon in the Macedonia Church of Christ Disciples of Christ, Poplar Branch, NC, with Bishop Mack Freshwater, officiating and Rev. Reginald Saunders, delivering the eulogy. Her mortal frame, following the celebration of life will be escorted to the Owens Family Cemetery located in Bertha, NC. A viewing will take place at the funeral home on Tuesday, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. There, the family will greet those who come and pay their respects. At other times, the family will receive friends and loved ones at the home of the deceased, 131 Colonial Beach Road, Jarvisburg, NC.
