Our beloved, Gloria Jean Brothers Talley, age 70 of Elizabeth City, NC departed from this earthly life on Friday, October 5, 2018 at the Concordia Health and Rehabilitation Center, Elizabeth City, NC.

Celebration of Life will take place on Sunday, October 14, 2018 at 2:30 pm in the St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. Ricky L. Banks Officiating and Rev. Darren Whitehurst, delivering the Eulogy. Interment will follow at the Oak Grove Cemetery. A viewing will take place at the funeral home on Saturday, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. The family will receive friends at 1209 W. Williams Circle, Elizabeth City, NC.

Final Care and Compassionate Services are being provided to the Talley and connected families by the Mitchell Funeral Care and Cremations in Elizabeth City, NC.
