Our beloved, Floyd Gregory, age 81 of 1740 Lobell Lane, Elizabeth City, NC, transitioned from this life 365 days after the burial of his loving wife, on August 20, 2018 at his residence. 

Celebration of his life will take place on Sunday, August 26, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the Open Door Christian Fellowship Church, South Mills, N.C. with the Rev. Joseph Thompson, officiating. Interment will follow in the Memory Gardens Cemetery. Moments of Meditation and Viewing will take place at the funeral home on Saturday, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. The family will receive friends at the home of the deceased. 

Floyd leaves to cherish his loving memories: one daughter, Cherelle Brown of Elizabeth City, NC; five sons, Anthony Williams (June), Glenn Gregory and Kelly Gregory (Nakia) of Elizabeth City, NC, Dwayne Gregory of Tampa, Fl and Darryl Gregory (Alice) of Tulsa, Ok; one brother, William H. Gregory of South Mills, NC;one sister, Madeline Williams of Elizabeth City, NC; one sister-in-law, Celestine Carver of Elizabeth City, NC; one brother-in-law, Renzie Stokley (Margaret) of Elizabeth City, NC; twenty-two grandchildren, host of great-grandchildren, nieces nephews, cousins and friends.
