Clinson Jordan age 91, of 107 Soundside Drive, Hertford, NC, transitioned from this earthly life on Monday, April 30, 2018 at his residence.
His life will be celebrated on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the Mitchell Funeral Care and Cremations Chapel ​with the Rev. Charlie Bowe, officiating and Rev. George Munden giving the message of hope. Inurnment will follow in the Leigh's Temple AME Zion Church Cemetery. He leaves to mourn him: his son, Danny Jordan (Annette); brother-in-law, Tommy Butts; sister-in-law, Delores Jordan; His special friend of 20 years, Sandra Overton who was with him to the end; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Our hearts are deeply saddened but, we are reminded that:
"When we all get to heaven, What a day of rejoicing that will be, When we all see Jesus
We will sing and shout victory!"
