Aretha Brickhouse Obituary

Our beloved, Aretha "Susie" Brickhouse, of Elizabeth City, NC, transitioned from this earthly life on Monday, June 4, 2018 at the Sentara Albemarle Medical Center.

Her life will be celebrated on Sunday, June 10, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church, with the Rev. Dr. Ricky L. Banks, officiating. A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, from 5:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. At other times, the family will receive friends at the home of her daughter, Lucretia Brickhouse, 1715 Wesley Drive, Elizabeth City, NC.

Final Care and Compassionate Services are being provided to the Brickhouse family with love, care and uncompromising dignity by the MItchell Funeral Care and Cremations.
