Clarence Lee Beasley

Mr. Clarence Lee Beasley, age 62 of 402 W. Cypress Street, Elizabeth City, NC, transitioned from this life on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at Heritage Care of Elizabeth City. 

Graveside Services will be held on Monday, August 21, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Elizabeth City, NC. A viewing will take place at the funeral home on Sunday, from 6:00 p.m until 8:00 p.m. The family will receive friends at the home of his daughter, Tyeisha Purkett, 1400 Roanoke Avenue, Apt. 1900F, Elizabeth City, NC. 

Lee leaves to cherish his memories: loving wife, Evangelist Deborah Purkett Beasley, of the home; daughter, Tyeisha Purkett of Elizabeth City, NC; three sons, Andrea' Purkett (Velma) of Little Rock, Ar, Ronnie Heckstall, Jr., of Hertford, NC and Paul Goodwin (Dajuana) of Waldorf, Md; siblings, nine sisters, Joyce Beasley of Greensboro, NC, Catherine McCullen, Annie Spruill (Jan), Annie Mullen, Helen Anderson (Michael), Robin Beasley, Carolyn Rountree (Eugene), Addie Beasley Beasley and Darlene Beasley, all of Elizabeth City, NC; three brothers, James Beasley of Bilouxi, Ms, Melton Beasley and Rayburn Beasley, both of Elizabeth City, NC; six grandchildren; four sisters-in-law, Linda Ballard of Washington,DC, Lisa Coleman of Baltimore, Md, Teresa Knight of Ft. Washington, Md and Dana Vaughn (DeAngela) of Maryland; three brothers-in-law, Stephen Mason, Orlander Bell, Jr., and Elder Jessie C. Purkett (Johnna), all of Elizabeth City, NC; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
