Cheryl Lynn (Baxter) Johnson

Mrs. Cheryl Lynn Baxter Johnson, age 62 of 202 Ainsley Avenue, Hertford, NC, transitioned from this life on Monday, August 7, 2017 at Roanoke Landing Nursing Facility, Plymouth, NC.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. 

Cheryl leaves to cherish: her children, Patricia Ann Belcher (William) of Chesapeake, VA, Johnnie E. Johnson, III (Cathy) of Elizabeth City, NC, Pennie Slayton of Lewisburg, Tn and Jason Lee Johnson of Camden, NC; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. 

Final Care and Compassionate Services are being provided to the Johnson and connected families by Mitchell Funeral Care and Cremations.
